Going Offline
We made Offline for everyone. It is a place that allows you to take a break from everything asking for your attention. Our nervous systems aren’t built to be “on” all the time, and we don’t want people to wait for burnout to finally take a break. This place was built to be part of your weekly routine, not a luxury, not a splurge, just something that helps you log off more often.
-
To keep it simple: we have really hot saunas and really cold tubs. We’re not a gym, and we’re not a spa, this is a new wellness concept in Calgary. A more sustainable way to recover, something you can do weekly without maxing out your benefits or breaking the bank.
-
Our model aims to make regular recovery more accessible, designed to fit into your weekly routine, not just a once-every-few-months treat. We are intentionally open and inclusive. Whether you're recovering from a night out or building cold tub resilience, how you use the space is entirely up to you.

There are two main ways you can join us Offline:

Anti-Social Sessions
This is when you come to reset. Leave your phone, your stress, and your to-do list at the door.
-
Social Sessions
On social nights, it’s a fresh alternative to hanging on the couch or booking another dinner. A spot to catch up, meet new people, and feel better while doing it.
Benefits of Hydrotherapy
Hot and cold therapy isn’t just a trend — it’s a science-backed way to feel better, think clearer, and recover faster. Whether you’re showing up once a month or making this part of your weekly routine, the benefits start immediately and build over time. The more consistently you sauna and cold plunge, the more benefits you receive.
The Sauna
Sauna sessions go beyond relaxation; they’re proven to improve cardiovascular health, lower blood pressure, support nervous system regulation, and reduce the risk of dementia. Regular sauna practice can improve your sleep, ease physical pain, and help you mentally reset. The heat helps your body release tension and toxins, while enhancing recovery after workouts or a stressful day.
Using a sauna 4–7 times per week has been linked to a 65% lower risk of Alzheimer’s disease and significantly reduced heart-related deaths.
The Cold Tub
Cold plunges aren’t about suffering; they’re about feeling better. Cold exposure can reduce inflammation, relieve sore muscles, and deliver a powerful dopamine and norepinephrine spike that boosts mood and focus. Done consistently, it can support mental clarity, immune system strength, and stress resilience.
Because women tend to have higher core body temps than men, we provide varied plunge options so you get the benefits of cold therapy without pushing past comfort into unnecessary strain.

About Us
What started as a simple run club to connect with others in our city evolved into something much more meaningful. In today’s digital world, forming genuine connections can be a challenge. But we discovered that the shared experiences we all face—burnout from work or school, the exhaustion of juggling daily demands, and so much more—can actually bring us closer together in unexpected ways.
That’s why we created something entirely new for Calgary. It’s not a spa, a workout studio, or your typical bar or coffee shop. We’ve gone beyond the ordinary to design a space that nourishes both your mind and body. Whether you’re here to recharge after a long day, recover from an intense workout, or simply escape the daily grind, this is a place for everyone. Whatever your reason for coming, our focus is on building a community where you can connect, unwind, and leave feeling a little better—ready to take on whatever life throws your way.
