  • It depends on how much time you have and what your intentions are, but these are standard flows we follow:

    45 Minutes Recharge - great for after workouts
    Sauna 15 minutes // Cold Tub 2 minutes X2. End with Sauna for 3 minutes.

    45 Minute Reset - great if you had a bad sleep, are hungover, or need to catch your breath

    Sauna 20 minutes // Cold Tub 2 minutes // Sauna 20 minutes

    Quick Boost - Start your day off right

    Sauna 15 minutes // Cold Tub 2 minutes

    • Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day.

    • Eat lightly, avoiding heavy meals beforehand and opt for a light snack if necessary.

    • Make sure your skin is clean and free of makeup, oils, or lotions. Don’t worry if you can’t do this ahead of time, we have showers available for people on the go!

    • Rehydrate

      You just sweat it out—now it’s time to replenish. Drink plenty of water or an electrolyte-rich beverage to support recovery.

    • Refuel Gently

      A light, nourishing meal or snack can help restore energy. Think protein, healthy fats, and whole foods.

    • Listen to Your Body

      You may feel calm, energized, or even a bit tired; that’s all normal. Let your body guide the rest of your day.
