Offline is a phone-free wellness space designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and recover. Our signature experience — sauna + cold plunge — uses contrast therapy to boost circulation, reduce stress, and leave you feeling lighter.

For first-timers, our 3-session intro pack is designed to let you experience the effects of contrast therapy on stress and recovery. There are both social and anti-social hours for you to reset on your own or with friends.

  • Come one, come all! These sessions are perfect if you’re meeting up with a group friends or looking to chat with new people. Expect upbeat music and high energy. Look for “Social Drop-in” on the schedule.

  • Want to be anti-social? This drop-in is for you. Expect these sessions to be a lot calmer with slower music and quiet conversation. Look for “Anti-Social Drop-in” on the schedule.
