Why We Started Offline
We might as well start by introducing ourselves.
Before Offline was a sauna, it was an idea born out of burnout. The kind of burnout that doesn’t crash in all at once but slowly sneaks up on you after months of saying yes to everything, tiptoeing through company politics, and convincing yourself that scrolling TikTok for three hours after work is a well-deserved little treat.
We were always "on" and when we finally had time to rest... we didn’t know how. We’d come home from work too tired to go to the gym but too wired to sit still.
Eventually, we realized what we actually needed: a third space where we could go offline. Not metaphorically. Literally. Somewhere where we could turn our brains off and leave our phones outside. A place that wasn’t just for a special occasions but something simple, accessible, and weekly.
So we built it.
Offline wasn’t some grand vision board moment. We just knew sitting in a sauna and occasionally challenging ourselves with a cold plunge made us feel better and we figured other people might need that too.
We’re not here to transform you. We just built a place where you can reset and leave feeling a little bit better.
That’s Offline - hot sauna, cold plunge. It's not that serious.
